Dry Rub Country Style Ribs (Grilled)

Delicious and juicy!! Used for Miriam's birthday. Not spicy at all.

Ingredients

  • 1 T Paprika
  • 3/4 T Chipotle Chile or Chile Powder
  • 1 T Celery Salt
  • 1 T Garlic Powder
  • 1 T Onion Powder
  • 1 T Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 3 T Sugar
  • 4-5 lbs Country Style Ribs

Instructions

  1. Dry rub the ribs generously. Let sit 12-24 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. Pull out of refrigerator about an hour before grilling.
  3. Grill over medium high heat for around 5 minutes per side - 145 degrees in thickest portion.
  4. (I put them in a slow cooker at 150 for about 6 hours before serving at a party, but they would be fine to eat immediately.)
