Quesadillas
      Ingredients
- 2 (8 inch) flour tortillas
 - 1/2 c grated Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
 - 1 T diced green chiles
 - 1 T chopped black olives
 - 2 tsp chopped onions
 
Instructions
- Butter one side of each tortilla. Place the first tortilla butter side down on the griddle.
 - Add cheese, olives, onions, and chiles. Place second tortilla on top - butter side up.
 - When cheese begins to melt and tolrtilla begins to brown, flip.
 - When tortilla is browned on the other side, place on a plate in a warm oven until all are completed.
 - Serve with sour cream and salsa.
