Low Fat Baileys Irish Cream

Yield: 1 liter

A one liter bottle of whiskey will make approximately three batches.

Ingredients

  • 1 c fat free whipping cream or half and half (I can't find fat free whipping cream anywhere)
  • 1 can skim sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 2/3 c whiskey (cheapest whiskey available will work fine)
  • 1 tsp instant coffee powder
  • 2 T chocolate ice cream topping (Aldi's brand is low cal fat free)
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract

Instructions

  1. Blend for about one minute until all ingredients are combined, coffee has dissolved, and it's nice and thick and creamy.
  2. Pour into bottles that can be sealed and keep in the refrigerator for up to two months.
  3. NOTE: Mint extract could be substituted for the almond extract if desired.
