Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 c cooked mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 c butter, melted
  • 1/3 c milk
  • 1/2 c white sugar
  • 1/2 t vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c flour
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 c chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. Mix together mashed sweet potatoes, melted butter, milk, sugar, vanilla, and eggs.
  4. Spread mixture into the baking dish.
  5. Mix together brown sugar and flour. Cut in 1/3 c butter until mixture is crumbly, then stir in pecans.
  6. Sprinkle pecan mixture over sweet potatoes.
  7. Bake 25 minutes.
