Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup egg beaters (2 eggs)
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 1/4 tsp sage
  • 2 tsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Pam spray

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in order given. Pack firmly into buttered loaf pan and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Spray some pam on top of the loaf before baking.
