Salmon Loaf
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup egg beaters (2 eggs)
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 can salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Dash pepper
- 1/4 tsp sage
- 2 tsp finely chopped onion
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Pam spray
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in order given. Pack firmly into buttered loaf pan and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Spray some pam on top of the loaf before baking.
