Oven Baked Potato Wedges

Total Time: 1 hour, 20 minutes

Yield: 4-6 servings

Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Place potatoes in a bowl of water with 2 cups ice cubes. Let them stand 30 minutes then pat dry.
  3. Mix salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper in a large ziplock bag. Add potatoes and shake.
  4. Add olive oil to bag and toss until coated.
  5. Line baking sheet with parchment paper, and place potatoes on lined sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Mix parsley and cheese together and toss with baked potatoes in mixing bowl.
