Oven Baked Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 4 potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Place potatoes in a bowl of water with 2 cups ice cubes. Let them stand 30 minutes then pat dry.
- Mix salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper in a large ziplock bag. Add potatoes and shake.
- Add olive oil to bag and toss until coated.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper, and place potatoes on lined sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Mix parsley and cheese together and toss with baked potatoes in mixing bowl.
