Hard Shell Ice Cream Topping

Hard Shell Ice Cream Sauce

Yield: 1 quart

Ingredients

  • 4 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c butter cubed
  • 3/4 c evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients, cook, and stir over low heat until mixture is smooth
  2. Serve warm over ice-cream
  3. Refrigerate leftovers
