Easy and Delicious Campfire Chile
We made a double batch for a family of five and didn't have much leftover. A full dinner camping and easy to pack.
Ingredients
- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 (15 ounce) can white beans, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can chili beans, with liquid
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package reduced sodium taco seasoning mix
- 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the tomatoes, onion, white beans, chili beans, taco seasoning mix, and ranch dressing mix in a large pot over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and continue cooking until heated through. Top with cheese to serve.
